SCUBA IGUANA RESERVATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELATION POLICIES

For living on board cruises

1. One week after confirm the reservation the 20% of the total is required to reconfirm it.
2. The 30% of the total must be paid 60 days before the beginning date of the reserved program.
3. The rest 50% of the total must be paid 30 days before the beginning date of the reserved program.
4. Cancellations received 61 days before the beginning date of the reserved program, 20% will be reimbursed except the cost of the bank transfer.
5. From 59 days before to the beginning date of the reserved program, there will be no reimbursement of the deposits done.

For daily dive tours

1. One week after confirm the reservation the 50% of the total is required to reconfirm it.
2. The rest 50% of the total must be paid 15 days before the beginning date of the reserved program.
3. Cancellations received 46 days before the beginning date of the reserved program, will be reimbursed except the cost of the bank transfer.
4. From 45 days before to the beginning date of the reserved program, there will be no reimbursement of the deposits done.
