ENVIRONMENTAL STEWARDSHIP

Scuba Iguana recognizes the interconnectedness and fragility of island life and the marine environment. That is why we strictly follow the Park's guidelines for sustainable diving in the Galapagos Marine Reserve.

Scuba Iguana is also proudly and actively involved in conservation. Our crew voluntarily participates in coastal cleanups and is vocal in campaigns to save Galapagos sharks. Scuba Iguana also invests in local development and recently sponsored a course in Isabela Island that taught 14 fishermen to be Divemasters. Recently, we added cleaner and quieter four stroke outboard engines to our dive boat.
